Absolutely disgusting. Charged a fortune for a bodged up procedure on our cat and now we have to have the same treatment from another vet who will do it properly. Wouldn't recommend taking your pets here if you want your pets chances of recovery to be high..stay clear. Management is an absolute joke as well.

For anything serious that isn't obvious I would recommend you to go to the Dulwich branch or somewhere else entirely. They couldn't diagnose my dog correctly and after 2 referrals I got the correct diagnosis which is very common in the breed (even though they couldn't figure it out), but it was too late so I'm having to put her down now

The Neigbourhood Vet in Crofton Park, have provided such a wonderful service for my daughters Guinea Pig, Peanut, who sadly passed away at the grand age of 8. He had a number of health issues before a fall sadly meant that we had to put him to sleep. Throughout this the Neighbourhood Vet were so professional, understanding and showed such empathy. They did not put any pressure on us to have any procedures and provided honest feedback about the potential risk to Peanut and especially so when we had to make the awful decision. I could not recommend them more highly.

Alice was fantastic, I could not fault her at all. Her knowledge is incredible, from the beginning she explained to me what’s going to happen, the possibilities of her illness, the cost and the best step forward. Alice isn’t someone who just works there, she takes pride in her work and this really shows. I was in such a panic when I first got there but speaking with Alice immediately put me at ease, her knowledge was great and she has such a caring personality . Thank you Alice & the reception team. Millie sending you all endless kisses till next time xx

A wonderful practice who really look after the animals. The reception staff are welcoming to people and pets, and helpful and professional in answering any questions. When I first came in, my dog Galahad, who has a skin condition, was scratching uncontrollably and had infections in his ears and paws. Rhia the vet patiently treated him until it was all under control and he is now completely free of his former discomfort, and she is helping my other dog, Arabella to live happily in her old age. I brought in my third dog, Lola, with a suspected poisoning, and Jemima the vet treated her effectively and did a thorough examination to make sure it was safe for her to go home. Galahad clearly enjoys his visits, as last time I brought him with me to drop off a sample at reception, he didn't want to leave!
